★ The building’s central heating and cooling are controlled outside the apartment. A mini-split in the dining room provides additional comfort, and fans and extra blankets are available.

★ The rear fire escape is strictly for emergency use.

★ Guests are required to sign a rental agreement provided by Driftless Digs.

★ We kindly ask guests to remove their shoes and treat the building’s restored historic woodwork with care.

★ As a century-old building, some original materials may contain lead-based paint.

★ This is a privately managed vacation rental rather than a hotel. While we are not on-site 24/7, we are readily available if an issue arises.
